Linda is an excellent realty estate agent. Her expertise in marketing, negotiating and closing a sale and her constant communication is the best I’ve experienced in the 40 years I’ve been buying and selling homes. We were looking for a quick closing and Linda was able to find a buyer for our home and another for our buyer’s home and close within 30 days. Very few real estate agents could have made that happen. Before we selected Linda as our listing agent we interviewed total 4 highly rated listing agents including Linda. among them Linda was the only one who did extensive homework and presented us the well prepared booklet summarizing comparative market analyses and recommended listing price range. All other interviewees did not prepare any written reports but presented rather verbally which made us feel less believable. She started out with an excellent job in putting together professionally taken photos and well-scripted property descriptions which made our property outstanding. Along the entire process of marketing Linda was on top of everything, very responsive and highly professional with effective communications. We were so fortunate that we selected her as our agent. Linda went above and beyond her duties and responsibilities to help close on our dream home. From dealing with a...difficult seller...to navigating a once in a lifetime financial issue that almost seized the home from us on closing day, Linda was there to ensure we ended up in our house and would not be in our house today if it we not for Linda. Linda Chase is an excellent agent. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real-estate market in the Tri State area. She assisted me in the sale of my investment property in Philadelphia, guiding me as to the comps in the area, recommendations as to changes I needed to make to the building for a quick sale at top dollar. She even helped me with staging so the units would look updated and inviting to potential investors. Linda was always available to answer my questions, and was quick to return my call within minutes.
